At the counter
The branch application runs in the browser on the branch PC. Scanning, totals and completing a sale all happen on the device, so a sale takes the same time with the line up or down.
Any USB barcode scanner, no driver. Search by name when the label is torn.
Cash with the change worked out for the cashier, card, or any other method you take.
Printed on a standard 80mm roll when the customer wants one, numbered per register.
Against the original receipt. Stock goes back on the shelf and the refund comes out of the right drawer.
Discount any line, capped per role or per product by the owner, or not capped at all.
A cashier past their refund ceiling asks a manager, who approves from their own screen.
Petty cash out, with a reason, where the end-of-shift count can see it.
Each register counts its own drawer against what it should hold. The difference has a name on it.
One register, several people. The next cashier takes over in seconds, and a cart in progress can be held for whoever comes back.
Stock
Every sale, return, delivery, count and transfer moves the same figure, and every movement keeps its reason and its person.
Book a delivery line by line, with batch number and expiry date on the products that need them.
Turned on per product. Sales take the earliest expiry first unless the cashier picks a batch.
Correct a shelf against the system and leave the reason. Nothing is overwritten silently.
The owner sets the level per product. The alert fires once when stock crosses it, not on every sale.
Lots about to expire show up for the owner before they reach the customer.
Mark a product as prescription-only and the sale will not complete without a reference, a doctor and a date. Offline too.
Across branches
Look at what every branch holds, request it from the one you choose, and follow it from approval to the shelf.
Search a product and see the count in every branch before you promise the customer.
Five steps with a person at each one. Rejections carry a reason.
Approved units are held for the transfer, so the same stock is never promised twice.
A printable sheet for the driver, and a record of what left and what landed.
Solnay Hub
The register shows the people at the counter what they need and no revenue at all. Hub is where the money is, and it opens anywhere.

Branch, shift, employee
Drawer differenceBy day, branch, shift, employee, device and payment method, with any period beside another.
Profit and stock cost are visible to the owner and nobody else. Print the profit report as a PDF.
Sales, expenses and profit per branch, so the one quietly slipping is obvious.
Each person's sales and the share of them they discounted.
What came back and what left the drawer, next to the sales they belong to.
Every shift, every drawer, counted against what the register says.
Low stock, expiring lots, transfers waiting on someone, uploads that need a look.
Add a branch, enrol a register with a one-time code, give someone a role.
People and permissions
Owner, chain manager, branch manager, cashier, inventory employee and viewer. The owner sets the numbers, Solnay enforces them.
Each one sees and does what the job needs. No permission grid to configure on day one.
Discount and refund ceilings per role, edited by the owner and applied at every register.
A branch manager sees their branch. A chain manager sees the chain. Neither sees profit.
Disable someone and they are signed out of every register that is online, at once.
Your data
Switching POS is mostly a data problem. Solnay takes your catalogue from a spreadsheet and hands everything back the same way.
Products from another POS, Excel or a supplier list. Checked and shown in full before a single row is written.
Products, inventory, sales and a full backup, to a spreadsheet, whenever you want.
Both from the first release, with the whole interface mirrored right to left.
Sales made offline queue on the device and upload when the line returns, even if the account has lapsed in the meantime.
Not in the first release
Better you read it here than find it after setup. If one of these decides it for you, tell us: pilot branches shape what ships next.
Thirty minutes, your products, your branch count. We show you the register and Hub, and you leave with a price.
