This website is operated by Solnay. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.
An informational website about a product that is in development. Nothing here is an offer to sell, a quotation, or a commitment to deliver a particular feature on a particular date.
Descriptions of how Solnay works describe the intended product. Features, behaviour and pricing may change before and after release. Any figures on this site describe the product’s design rather than a measured outcome at your business.
Articles on this site, including anything on the blog, are general commentary written from our own experience building retail software. They discuss things such as card payment behaviour during an outage in general terms. They are not legal, financial, tax, accounting or compliance advice, and your acquirer, payment provider and regulator are the authorities on your own arrangements. Take professional advice before acting on anything you read here.
The text, design, code, logos and artwork on this site belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may read, print and share pages for your own reference or to discuss Solnay inside your organisation. You may quote from the site with attribution and a link. You may not republish it wholesale, sell it, or use the Solnay name or wordmark in a way that suggests we endorse you, without written permission.
Where we link to a third-party source we do so because it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we provide it “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of anything harmful, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, or from reliance on anything published on it.
If you are using the site as a consumer rather than in the course of a business, nothing here affects your statutory rights.
How we handle the small amount of personal data this site involves is set out in our privacy policy.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the last change to the text. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of your own country’s law.
