Solnay for retail stores

Run every store from one stock count

Know what each store holds before the customer asks, move stock to where it sells, and see every store's day from wherever you are.

Stock lives in a spreadsheet nobody trusts.

One count per product per store, moved by every sale, return, delivery, adjustment and transfer. Every movement keeps its reason and the person who made it.

One store is overstocked while another sells out.

Search a product and see it in every store. Request it from the one with too much, and follow the transfer until it is on the shelf.

Returns go through without anyone checking the original sale.

Returns and exchanges are made against the original receipt, the stock goes back on the shelf, and refunds over a cashier's limit need a manager.

Switching POS means retyping the catalogue.

Import products from a spreadsheet exported from your old system or a supplier list. The file is checked and shown in full before anything is written.

You find out how a store did at the end of the month.

Solnay Hub shows sales by day, store, shift, employee and payment method, with profit visible to the owner only.

Worth knowing

What is not there yet

FAQ

Retail stores: common questions

Yes. Every product has one count per store, current across the chain, searchable from the register and from Hub.

Yes, from a CSV or Excel export. Solnay validates the file and shows every row before writing any of them, so a column of prices that arrived as zero is caught before a customer is overcharged.

No. Each register is a browser on the store PC. The shared data lives in the cloud, and nothing is installed in the back office.
